Safety meetings and training sessions are currently in progress for lineworkers as part of the 1st quarter initiatives. The focus is on various aspects of safety and industry essentials to ensure the well-being of the workers.

Jason Woods is leading a session on excavations with a specific focus on "Hazardous Pipelines ROW: What is an Excavation?" This training aims to educate workers on the potential hazards associated with pipelines and the importance of safe excavation practices.

Zack Azallion is conducting a meeting titled "OSHA General Industry Essentials for the Lineworker," which provides linemen with an overview of the general industry requirements to ensure compliance and safety in their work.

Dwight Miller is currently engaged in the "culture of safety strategy lab survey" at the local level, a comprehensive session lasting three hours aimed at enhancing safety practices and awareness among workers.

Steve Savon, known as "eagle eye," is carrying out his annual mock OSHA facility audits to evaluate the safety protocols and adherence to regulations within the organization.

Additionally, the COLT (COLT Onsite Lineworker Development) Program is actively providing onsite technical training and crew observations under the guidance of COLT instructors to further enhance the skills and knowledge of lineworkers.
