Having joined the organization in June, Hinton brings 25 years of experience in the energy sector and has lived around Chicago before relocating to Ohio.
Hinton emphasized his commitment to enhancing customer experiences and highlighted his dedication to integrity, safety, reliability, and operational excellence. He also expressed interest in engaging with local communities on economic development initiatives and supporting causes that contribute to regional prosperity.
In addressing customers directly, Hinton extended gratitude for their patience during a significant storm in August that impacted nearly 500,000 customers in Ohio. He appreciated the kindness shown towards crews and the community spirit demonstrated during this challenging time.
Hinton concluded by expressing his excitement about joining an organization committed to delivering safe and reliable power.
