Lawless previously served as Training Director at Exelon Utilities where she managed training strategies for over 42,000 employees and contractors. She also established centralized training systems and developed leadership programs for various levels within the organization. Her experience includes senior roles in workforce development and leadership training at both Exelon Utilities and Exelon Nuclear Generation.
