Feedback highlights engagement, effectiveness in first quarter meetings

The recent evaluations from the first quarter meeting provided insights into the effectiveness of the sessions led by Woods, Azallion, and Miller.

Woods received positive feedback for his engaging presentation style and the informative nature of his meetings. Attendees appreciated “good info” and said it was “good for guys to think about what hazards to protect ourselves from.” His approach was described as keeping people attentive, “even when the topic is not as interesting as other times.”

Azallion was commended for his thoroughness and effectiveness in discussing proper inspection procedures. Participants praised Zack, stating “Zack did an excellent job, very thorough,” and “Zack always does a great job and is very helpful.” The importance of tool and PPE maintenance was also highlighted as a valuable reminder.

Miller’s session was noted for being particularly engaging and informative. Attendants remarked, “learned a lot from this meeting; very thorough and did a great job explaining everything,” and appreciated the hands-on approach that encouraged discussion on safety procedures. Miller’s presentations were reported to consistently “bring to light issues that need to be discussed.”

Both the style and content of these sessions were seen as beneficial for the participants, as they facilitated open discussions on safety and encouraged the application of the information shared.
