Duke Energy announced on Apr. 14 that it will conduct its annual shareholders meeting online on Thursday, May 7, at 1 p.m. Eastern Time.
The company said President and CEO Harry Sideris will provide an overview of Duke Energy’s performance in 2025 and discuss progress in energy modernization efforts aimed at meeting growing demand and delivering value for stakeholders.
Shareholders are invited to participate virtually, with the ability to vote on company proposals and submit questions during the meeting. The company stated that questions from shareholders will be addressed either during the event or afterward through a web posting. Information about accessing the meeting online or by phone is available in Duke Energy’s proxy statement, with Google Chrome recommended for optimal online access.
Duke Energy describes itself as one of America’s largest energy holding companies, serving electric utility customers across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.
