Lastly, safety committees were reported to have an estimated current effectiveness of 30%.
One of the key questions posed in the report is, “How do we create or improve our culture of OPEN COMMUNICATION?” It emphasizes the importance of involving management in communication strategies to foster a culture of transparency and open dialogue within the organization.
